We aim to describe and photograph products accurately, but screen settings, packaging revisions, and normal production differences can affect appearance. Product descriptions, availability, quantities, and listings may be updated or discontinued without notice.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when payment has been successfully processed and the order is confirmed. Payments are securely processed by Whop and its payment partners. Best Allocations does not store your full payment-card details. Prices, promotions, shipping charges, taxes, and other amounts applicable to an order are shown during checkout before payment is completed.

Shipping estimates are not guarantees. Carrier, customs, weather, and other events outside our reasonable control may cause delays. Your order is also subject to our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

The store's original text, graphics, branding, layout, photographs, video, and other protected content may not be copied, republished, distributed, or commercially exploited without permission, except where applicable law allows it. Third-party trademarks and product imagery remain the property of their respective owners.

The store may rely on third-party services for payment processing, hosting, communications, analytics, fraud prevention, fulfillment, or shipping. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy practices. Whop provides payment-processing and related platform services but is not the seller or supplier of products purchased from Best Allocations.
