Shipping policy
Tracked international shipping with duties and import fees covered upfront on DDP orders.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. Orders are dispatched from our European supply base in France.
Processing time
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Tracking information is sent once the parcel has been dispatched.
Delivery time
Estimated delivery is usually 7–12 business days after processing. Delivery windows are estimates and can vary because of carrier handling, customs processing, weather, or other events outside our control.
Shipping costs
Any applicable shipping charge is shown at checkout based on the destination and order size before you complete payment.
DDP — no hidden import fees
Orders described as Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) include applicable duties, taxes, and import fees upfront. For those shipments, the amount shown at checkout is intended to be the amount you pay, without a separate import bill on delivery.
Tracking and insurance
Every order ships with tracking. Orders are also insured. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact support@vaultedallocation.com as soon as possible and, for visible delivery damage, within 48 hours of delivery.
