Are your products authentic?+
100%. Every item is personally inspected before it ships, including seal integrity and overall condition.
Is the EU English version the same as the US version?+
Yes. Same English cards, same set configuration and the same product experience, allocated through European channels.
Why are your prices lower?+
English-language cards can be less in demand in European markets where local-language versions are preferred. That can make English allocations easier to secure at better prices, and those savings are passed on to collectors.
Where does your stock come from?+
Through established European allocation and distribution channels, keeping the supply chain as direct as possible.
Will I get hit with customs fees?+
Where DDP shipping is shown for your order, duties are handled in advance so there are no surprise customs charges on delivery.
How long until it's at my door?+
Orders are usually processed in 1–3 business days, then delivery normally takes 7–12 business days. Tracking is included after dispatch.
Do you restock?+
Yes, but allocations can be small. New stock is added whenever another allocation becomes available.
